Instructions

1. Cook the spaetzle in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package for about 10 minutes.
2. Rinse off the leek, clean it, cut into thick rings and add to the spaetzle about 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain both and drain in a colander.
3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
4. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into strips. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.
5. Mix eggs, cheese and cream and season with salt and pepper.
6. Grease a baking sheet, mix all ingredients and distribute on top. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
