Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Dice the ham and place in a bowl. Add the sour cream, then the cooked, drained pasta and 200 g grated Emmentaler. Whisk the eggs and add them as well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients together carefully and pour into a large baking dish. Sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
