Instructions

  1. For the pesto (makes approx. 4 servings), mix or chop all ingredients with a hand blender and season with pepper.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and mix with 4 tablespoons of pesto. Mix in the crumbled sheep cheese, season with pepper.
