Ingredients
- 200 g pasta
- Salt water
- 4 tablespoon pesto, red, homemade
- 200 g sheep cheese or feta cheese
- pepper
Also: (for the pesto)
- 80 g tomato (s), dried in oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 25 g tomato paste
- 45 g parmesan cheese
- 50 ml oil from the drained tomatoes, including herbs
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker (e.g. grape balsamic vinegar)
- 2 ½ tablespoon pine nuts
- pepper

- For the pesto (makes approx. 4 servings), mix or chop all ingredients with a hand blender and season with pepper.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and mix with 4 tablespoons of pesto. Mix in the crumbled sheep cheese, season with pepper.
- Put the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
