First peel the onions and garlic and cut into small cubes.
Prepare the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile, put the olive oil in a saucepan and wait until it is hot. Then fry the onions in it until translucent. Add the tuna. Season with all the spices, herbs and garlic and fry briefly - about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Then season the whole thing again.
Don`t be afraid of thyme, it is what makes the really good taste!
Tip: If possible, only use the herbs fresh or frozen.
