Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them together with the minced meat. Add the vegetable stock and let it boil briefly. Add the sour cream, the cream and the tomato paste and mix everything well. Add the noodles to the pan for about 1 minute and simmer briefly.
Put everything in a greased baking dish, sprinkle cheese over it and put in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
