Cook the pasta in slightly simmering water until al dente. Then rinse with cold water.
Fry the minced meat in a large pan, season with paprika, curry and stock. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces and fry them briefly. Pour cream into the pan and add tomatoes. Mix everything well and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Season well again and add a few frozen herbs.
Add the pasta to the pan and let it steep again briefly while stirring on the lowest setting.
