Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it with the minced meat in oil in a high pan - it may stick a bit. Then clean the peppers and cut into approx. 1-1.5 cm cubes and add to the pan. Let everything stew a little (approx. 5 minutes), then add the peeled tomatoes and gradually add the broth. Then add the tomato paste and let everything simmer for about 30-40 minutes - depending on the consistency you prefer! Season properly with salt and pepper.
Caution: you can taste the pepper in your mouth a little later! I like the sauce best with pasta! You can freeze the sauce in portions.
