Peel the onion and chop finely. Heat the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the onion cubes until translucent. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until brown. Season well with salt, pepper and the paprika powder.
Dissolve the tomato paste and the clear broth in 1.5 l water and deglaze with it. Bring everything to a boil. Add the Leipziger Allerlei (does not need to be thawed) and noodles and let everything simmer for 10-15 minutes.
In the meantime, finely chop the parsley and dill and stir in after cooking. Season the noodle pot with salt, pepper and paprika powder to taste. Top up with water if necessary.
