- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, coarsely chop the shallots and garlic and sauté briefly in a pan with plenty of olive oil. Roughly chop the cocktail tomatoes and add.
- Mix in the anchovy fillets, capers and olives (chopped or whole as you like) and season to taste with salt (use carefully!), Pepper and basil.
- Finally, put the pasta in the pan. Sprinkle with fresh basil and parmesan cheese before serving.
