Cut the paprika and ham into small cubes. Drain the corn and peas, save the juice. Put the pasta, bell pepper, boiled ham, corn and peas in a sufficiently large bowl and mix together.
Mix the remaining ingredients (the amount of vinegar and sugar is best to taste yourself) with the canned juice in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix thoroughly - this is best done with (clean) hands.
Let it steep for a few hours, preferably overnight.
