Cut the zucchini into thin slices, then blanch for 4 minutes, rinse and drain well. Drain and chop the tomatoes. Cut the Parma ham into strips and the olives into slices. Divide the chives into rolls.
Peel the garlic and cut into very small cubes. Mix this well with balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper. Now add the olive oil to the marinade.
Mix all ingredients with the marinade in a bowl. Crumble the cheese and finally mix it with the salad.
