Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Then drain and rinse under cold water. Drain and transfer to a large salad bowl.
Clean and finely chop the spring onions. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Clean the spinach and cut into fine strips.
Roast pine nuts in a pan (without oil!). Add everything to the pasta.
For the dressing:
Chop half the chilli very finely. Press the garlic cloves. Mix with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
