Ingredients
- 500 g pasta, (Farfalle)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 50 g tomato (s), dried
- 300 g spinach, fresher
- 100 g pine nuts
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), fresh
- 2 small cloves garlic
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Then drain and rinse under cold water. Drain and transfer to a large salad bowl.
- Clean and finely chop the spring onions. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Clean the spinach and cut into fine strips.
- Roast pine nuts in a pan (without oil!). Add everything to the pasta.
- For the dressing:
- Chop half the chilli very finely. Press the garlic cloves. Mix with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Tip:
- Rucola can also be used instead of spinach.
