Bruschetta with Fresh and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Fresh tomato – 1 pc.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 3-5 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Olives – 10-15 pcs.
  • Fresh basil – 5-10 leaves
  • Bread – 5 pcs.

Directions

  1. Peel the fresh tomato from the pulp along with the seeds and cut into small cubes. Let’s cut sun-dried tomatoes in the same way.
  2. We also chop the olives and garlic very finely and send them to the tomatoes. We also send chopped basil there. We mix.
  3. Fry the bread, whether toasted or plain, in a dry frying pan on both sides. Put the tomato mixture on the bread. Bruschetta with fresh and sun-dried tomatoes is ready. We serve right there.
