Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain and let cool.
  2. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes and let them cool down too. Then peel and cut into small pieces (e.g. into cubes).
  3. Pour off the pea stock. Drain the tangerines as well, but collect the tangerine juice in a glass.
  4. Put the pasta, peas, tangerines and eggs in a bowl and stir.
  5. Make a sauce from Miracel Whip, salt, pepper, curry powder and tangerine juice. Finally, mix the dressing with the salad and season to taste.
