Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Then drain and let cool.
- Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes and let them cool down too. Then peel and cut into small pieces (e.g. into cubes).
- Pour off the pea stock. Drain the tangerines as well, but collect the tangerine juice in a glass.
- Put the pasta, peas, tangerines and eggs in a bowl and stir.
- Make a sauce from Miracel Whip, salt, pepper, curry powder and tangerine juice. Finally, mix the dressing with the salad and season to taste.
