- Cut the asparagus into pieces and the broccoli into florets. Press the garlic through the press.
- Heat the butter in a pan. Sweat the asparagus, broccoli and garlic for approx. 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
- Then add the mascarpone, reduce everything until creamy and season with the vegetable stock.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add the pasta to the vegetables, mix and serve.
