Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta. In the meantime, peel and mash the garlic and fry in a little oil. Add thawed prawns and fry well. Season with salt, pepper and chilli, pour the grated parmesan over the top and fry a little more.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the cream and cheese in a saucepan until the sauce is thick. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley. Arrange the drained noodles on a plate, add the sauce, add a few Parmesan prawns and sprinkle everything with the walnuts.
