Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water.
  2. Clean the fresh chanterelles (do not wash) and cut them into small pieces. Dice the onion and sauté in a pan. Add the chanterelles and fry them until they have lost their liquid. Fold in the pasta and deglaze with cream. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper and herb salt.
