- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the spring onion into rings, leave out the ham cubes in a pan, add the onions & fry both.
- Add milk & vegetable stock, simmer for a few minutes over medium heat, add processed cheese and season with salt, pepper & herbs.
- Halve the cocktail tomatoes and add to the sauce, bring to the boil briefly.
- Arrange the pasta on a plate and sauce over it - done.
