Ingredients

  • 75 g ham, diced
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 ml milk
  • 50 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 300 g cocktail tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, fresh
  • 350 g pasta, your choice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the spring onion into rings, leave out the ham cubes in a pan, add the onions & fry both.
  3. Add milk & vegetable stock, simmer for a few minutes over medium heat, add processed cheese and season with salt, pepper & herbs.
  4. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and add to the sauce, bring to the boil briefly.
  5. Arrange the pasta on a plate and sauce over it - done.
  6. You are also welcome to increase the noodle portion, the P value for this dish is already the full amount.
