- 1 medium vegetable onion (s)
- 100 g ham, diced
- 250 g mushrooms
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 200 g cream cheese, also with herbs
- 100 g spinach, frozen
- cream
- possibly cheese, grated
- 400 g pasta
- butter
- salt

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the onion into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry the onions, cured ham and mushrooms one after the other with a little butter. Deglaze with vegetable stock and add the spinach. Let everything simmer a little and add the cream cheese. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and add cream or cheese to thicken.
- Serve with the pasta.
