Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Cut the onion into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry the onions, cured ham and mushrooms one after the other with a little butter. Deglaze with vegetable stock and add the spinach. Let everything simmer a little and add the cream cheese. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and add cream or cheese to thicken.
