Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 250 g corn
  • 500 g pasta, (or stains or similar)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), white
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g sour cream (possibly mix partially with yourt or creme fraiche)
  • 2 teaspoons salt or herb salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper, (depending on taste)
  • 200 g ham
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda or Emmentaler)
  • 1 pinch (s) oregano
  • 1 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente. In the meantime, peel the onion; Dice the paprika, cheese, ham and onion. Drain the corn. After cooking, rinse the pasta briefly with cold water and let it cool down a bit. Then mix the bell pepper, onion, cheese and ham with the corn and noodles in a large bowl. Stir in the sour cream. Press the garlic and add. Season to taste with oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Depending on your taste, you can also add other spices. Some of the sour cream can be replaced with creme fraiche or yoghurt. The pasta salad can be eaten straight away; if you let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours, the taste is intensified. Good Appetite!
