Cook the pasta in salted water. As soon as these are cooked, rinse with cold water.
Peel and core the zucchini and cut into cubes. Also cut the onion into cubes and fry in the butter with the zucchini cubes. As soon as the zucchini has a glassy color, add the diced chicken breast and continue to fry everything.
Then add the tomato paste and let it reduce slightly. Mix by adding the vegetable stock to a tomato sauce.
Finally fold in the finished noodles and let everything warm up together.
