Ingredients
- 100 g pasta
- 50 g chicken breast
- 140 g zucchini
- 1 half onion (s)
- 50 g butter
- 100 g tomato paste
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- salt
- pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted water. As soon as these are cooked, rinse with cold water.
- Peel and core the zucchini and cut into cubes. Also cut the onion into cubes and fry in the butter with the zucchini cubes. As soon as the zucchini has a glassy color, add the diced chicken breast and continue to fry everything.
- Then add the tomato paste and let it reduce slightly. Mix by adding the vegetable stock to a tomato sauce.
- Finally fold in the finished noodles and let everything warm up together.
