Ingredients

  • 500 g penne
  • 100 g butter
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • some rosemary
  • some oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as usual.
  2. Cut the zucchini into cubes and boil with half a cup of water until tender. Then puree the zucchini pieces. While the sauce is simmering, stir in the butter, add the spices and parmesan and mix everything together.
  3. The sauce may have to be diluted a little with water if it is too thick.
  4. Serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan.
