Chop the onions and garlic and fry them in a higher pan with a dash of olive oil.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir the cottage cheese with the tomato paste into the onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and chilli (hot or not so hot, depending on your taste - but be careful, the cottage cheese swallows a lot of hot, so not too timid).
Eight the tomatoes and just before serving, add a handful of basil leaves and stir everything well.
Put the finished pasta in the sauce and mix everything. Finished!
Very low in calories and light and super quick to prepare.
