Bring water with a little salt to a boil in a saucepan and cook the pasta in it. Finely chop the onion and chilli pepper.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and lightly fry the onion and chilli cubes. Then reduce the heat and add the creamed spinach, pizza tomatoes, cream and spices and just warm up. Dice the sheep`s cheese and add it to the spinach sauce. Taste again.
Drain the pasta and serve the spinach sauce on top. Garnish with diced sheep`s cheese and chilli threads.
