Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan, press in the garlic cloves and let them turn golden brown. Then add the scampi and a little salt. They shouldn`t be baked for more than 3 minutes.
  2. Sauté or fry tomatoes, peppers and parsley in the same pan for about 5 minutes over high heat. Add the scampi again and let it steep for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, boil water, add a little salt, pour in the pasta, then add a dash of olive oil and cook al dente (firm to the bite).
