Peel garlic and chop finely. Warm up slowly with the cream and the processed cheese and season with salt, pepper and the chilli pepper.
In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions and fry the bacon cubes in a pan. 2 minutes before the tagliatelle finishes cooking, add the gnocchi. Drain both and serve with the cheese sauce. Scatter the bacon cubes over the top.
