Instructions

  1. Cook any pasta.
  2. Melt the butter in the pan and add the diced ham. Fry lightly and deglaze with the cream. Then grate the parmesan and add to the sauce. Let the sauce simmer until the cheese has melted. Then add salt and pepper to taste and bind with a little sauce thickener (light).
