Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle al dente as usual.
  2. Cut the ham into fine strips and leave in a pan with a high rim. When the ham starts to get crispy, remove the pan from the heat and deglaze with the milk.
  3. Put the cooked pasta in a bowl and pour the ham and milk sauce over the pasta.
  4. Serve with applesauce.
