Instructions

  1. Mix 2 whole eggs and one egg yolk with the mascarpone until a creamy mixture is obtained. Add salt, pepper and parmesan. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan with a little butter so that it becomes crispy. Pour the cooked spaghetti on top. Then carefully stir in the creamy mascarpone mixture with a wooden spoon. - Serve immediately.
