- First fry the minced meat in a saucepan and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Put on a second pot of water for the pasta and salt the water.
- As soon as the minced meat is seared, stir the whipped cream into the saucepan and add the processed cheese.
- Boil the pasta in the water.
- As soon as the processed cheese has melted, add the clear broth, some chives and garlic granules and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Drain the pasta and serve with the finished sauce.
- In my opinion, herbal salt is best for the sauce, as many other spices round off the taste.
