Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente.
  2. In the meantime, briefly toast the leek, cut into thin rings, in the olive oil and let it take color, then add the sliced mushrooms and roast for two minutes. Add the cream cheese, herbs and lemon juice and place on a low flame, depending on the type of cream cheese, also add a dash of water (some do not melt so well).
  3. Heat everything, season with salt and pepper and mix with the pasta, serve immediately!
