Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet (if you like it - also firm to the bite).
Cut the meat into fine strips and fry in hot oil in a pan. When the desired browning is achieved, add the pasta and fry a little too.
Wash and dice the tomato. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Add both. Season to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
A rocket salad or lamb`s lettuce goes well with it.
Tips: For a nicer visual impression, halved cocktail tomatoes can be used and sautéed with the noodles. Farfalle (butterfly-like noodles) or Tortiglioni (ribbed and twisted hollow noodles) are particularly good with this recipe.
