Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings.
  2. Let the oil get hot in the pan and fry the peppers, spring onions and squeezed garlic until translucent. Add the prawns and fry them and stir in the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the coconut milk. Stir in the curry powder and finally add the condensed milk and simmer gently for another 10 minutes.
  3. Arrange the pasta on the plate and pour the sauce over it.
