Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Sweat the spring onions in a little oil, add the pumpkin and sage and fry for approx. 4 minutes. Add the quartered tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring again and again. If necessary, add some of the pasta boiling water.
After 5 minutes, mix in the mountain cheese and add the pasta. Mix everything well and season to taste. Sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds before serving.
