Ingredients
- 100 g Hokkaido pumpkin (se) in small cubes
- 1 spring onion (s) cut into rings with the green
- 50 g mountain cheese, rated or cut into small cubes
- salt and pepper
- Chili powder
- Sage, fresh or dried
- nutmeg
- coriander
- 100 g pasta
- 1 handful cocktail tomatoes
- 1 handful pumpkin seeds

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Sweat the spring onions in a little oil, add the pumpkin and sage and fry for approx. 4 minutes. Add the quartered tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring again and again. If necessary, add some of the pasta boiling water.
- After 5 minutes, mix in the mountain cheese and add the pasta. Mix everything well and season to taste. Sprinkle with the pumpkin seeds before serving.
