Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta (e.. butterflies or spiral pasta)
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 1 point bacon, diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 small tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 375 ml milk
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet herbs, mixed (frozen)
  • some cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente and drain well. Chop the onions and finely chop the garlic. Fry with the diced bacon. Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Put the pasta in a baking dish, mix with the bacon, garlic and onion mixture and spread the tomatoes on top.
  2. Then melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour. Let it turn light yellow and gradually pour in the milk while stirring. Be careful not to lump the sauce. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame (don`t forget to stir).
  3. Then stir in the herbs and parmesan and cook for another 2-3 minutes while stirring. Season again to taste and then pour onto the pasta. Add Emmentaler to the mixture as desired. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
