Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Chop the onions, mash the garlic or cut into small pieces as you like.
  2. Sweat the onions in a little margarine, do not brown. Deglaze with 2 cups of cream. When the cream is a little warm, add the processed cheese. Stir everything.
  3. Now add the salmon cut into small pieces and the garlic. Let everything simmer on a low heat for about 20 minutes, but be careful not to let it stick.
  4. You don`t have to salt it because the salmon is salty enough. If you like, you can add a few more Italian herbs. Serve the pasta with the salmon sauce.
  5. If you don`t like salmon, you can replace it with boiled ham. That tastes very tasty too.
