Ingredients
- 500 g pasta your choice (e.. ribbon pasta)
- Salt water
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 2 cups processed cheese (00 g each)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 package salmon (smoked salmon)
- some margarine
- possibly herbs, Italian

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Chop the onions, mash the garlic or cut into small pieces as you like.
- Sweat the onions in a little margarine, do not brown. Deglaze with 2 cups of cream. When the cream is a little warm, add the processed cheese. Stir everything.
- Now add the salmon cut into small pieces and the garlic. Let everything simmer on a low heat for about 20 minutes, but be careful not to let it stick.
- You don`t have to salt it because the salmon is salty enough. If you like, you can add a few more Italian herbs. Serve the pasta with the salmon sauce.
- If you don`t like salmon, you can replace it with boiled ham. That tastes very tasty too.
