Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté the finely chopped onions and the finely chopped garlic in the heated olive oil. Sweat the chopped peppers and pine nuts. Add the blanched, torn or coarsely chopped spinach, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix in the dripping wet pasta, stir in grated Parmesan to taste (not too much) and butter and season with nutmeg.
