Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sweat the onion and garlic until translucent, add the chili powder and smoked salmon and roast briefly. Add the chard and let it collapse. Crumble the gorgonzola and add to the saucepan. Stir in sour cream or crème fraîche and stir over low heat until the cheese has melted.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
