Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and roughly chop the rocket (3-5 cm), halve the tomatoes, grate the parmesan (3-4 tablespoon).
In a large pan, heat the olive oil with the pressed garlic clove. Add the cherry tomatoes, season with a little salt and sugar and fry for about 5 minutes, then remove the garlic clove and stir in the ajvar (if you like it milder, you can leave out the ajvar).
Then add the cooked spaghetti with about 8 tablespoons of the cooking water, season with salt and pepper and mix everything in the pan.
Fold in the grated Parmesan and the chopped rocket and serve!
