Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a saucepan with salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, dice the onion and sauté in a small saucepan with a little sunflower oil (I use the oil from the tuna can) over medium heat until translucent.
  2. After 5 minutes add the tuna and fry briefly. Now deglaze the whole thing with cream and milk, simmer carefully and melt the toasted cheese in it.
  3. When the cheese has melted and the consistency of the sauce is no longer too runny, take the saucepan off the heat and season the contents with a little pepper. Drain the pasta, mix into the sauce and serve.
