Ingredients
- 250 g pasta (spirelli or penne)
- Salt water
- 200 ml cream
- 1 can tuna in sunflower oil
- 1 onion (s)
- 5 slices processed cheese (toast cheese)
- 100 ml milk
- some salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in a saucepan with salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, dice the onion and sauté in a small saucepan with a little sunflower oil (I use the oil from the tuna can) over medium heat until translucent.
- After 5 minutes add the tuna and fry briefly. Now deglaze the whole thing with cream and milk, simmer carefully and melt the toasted cheese in it.
- When the cheese has melted and the consistency of the sauce is no longer too runny, take the saucepan off the heat and season the contents with a little pepper. Drain the pasta, mix into the sauce and serve.
