Cook pasta (or gnocchi) according to the instructions on the packet.
Sauté the onions and garlic in hot oil. Stir in tomato paste. Add tomatoes and chop. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, drain the tuna and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice olives. Add both to the tomato sauce and heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, Tabasco and sugar.
Serve the sauce with the pasta.
Tip: What is not eaten is also great for freezing!
