Chop the chives, coriander, bell pepper, chilli pepper and spring onions into small pieces.
Stir the sour cream until smooth and mix with 5 teaspoons of the spice mixture. Then fold in the chopped vegetables and let them steep in the refrigerator.
You can use this hearty dip as you like, e.g., with jacket potatoes or grilled.
Store the remaining spice mixture in the closed jar in the refrigerator
